- Sometimes, knowing what to do isn't quite enough to allay concerns or reach goals. So as a Health & Wellness Coach, I also offer supportive encouragement and accountability techniques to bolster your determination and perseverance.
- Coach you to discover unknown obstacles and eliminate known obstacles that are getting in the way of your success to better wellbeing.
- Spend time helping you learn to figure out what food and lifestyle choices you specifically need to do (or not do) to keep or improve your wellbeing.
- Cover multiple topics: stress, sleep, digestive discomfort, longevity strategies, and much more...
Each person is a blend of both common characteristics (e.g., need oxygen, water, food, sleep) plus their own particular needs (e.g., some feel better as vegetarian vs. others need meat). The competing contradictory advice out there and hurried stressful lifestyles leave many people feeling "not quite right" and confused about what to do that will work for them. One example: some people gain weight because they're not getting enough sleep while others may have a medical condition and yet others are eating the wrong-for-them foods. What works for one person may or may not work for another. I believe in seeking and rectifying your underlying cause, not just masking the symptoms.
