As an Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach, I know wellness isn't limited to merely food/diet. I use an holistic approach and help my clients consider additional lifestyle practices like sleep, stress management, dealing with limiting beliefs, busting health myths, using sound/music or essential oils, and much more. For years I've been studying a variety of topics to protect and improve my own health. That evolved into sharing tips and resources with family and friends seeking information or a better way to health and happiness. Then I chose to pursue it professionally as my career, taking additional training and certifications.
I completed intensive Health Coach training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition ("IIN"), an expansive worldwide program based out of New York. Then I pursued additional advanced coursework. I also successfully achieved international certification after examination by the International Association for Health Coaches based in Washington, DC.

My strengths are aided by years of process improvement, project management, and business governance work on multi-cultural global teams at Fortune 100 corporations.
